A: Yes. There is a minimum order amount of $250 for new customers ordering make-to-stock products with no minimum for existing customers. Make-to-order products have minimum quantities for both new and existing customers and these minimums vary by product. Q: What are the lead times for Hallmark-Sweet products?
A: Lead times vary by product. Many of our most popular items are made-to-stock and are generally available to ship right away. Other products are make-to-order and will generally take between 2 to 4 weeks to ship. Contact your local sales representative for specific lead times.

A: Yes. Hallmark-Sweet works with larger customers to develop make-to-hold programs that best suit the customers’ needs.
